GREENVILLE, KY., Beverly Lee Hocker, 61, of Greenville passed away peacefully at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital on Thursday June 29, 2023 in Greenville, KY while surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 16, 1961 in Greenville. Beverly was a member of First Missionary Baptist Church in Greenville where she served as a Church Clerk, rendering her duties in the Culinary Department and sang beautifully in the choir. She worked at First State Bank in Greenville for approx. 28 years. Beverly was always known for having a loving and giving soul. She was more than happy to be the central figure in the lives of her children, friends, and loved ones. Everyone knew her children were the stars in her eyes, and that’s all that ever mattered to her. Beverly had a love for fashion and cosmetology. She would always dress to impress no matter what the occasion. Beverly was a beautiful person inside and out. Her smile was so stunning it would light up the whole room. She cared so deeply for the people around her and will mostly be remembered for her heart, she loved REAL BIG!

Survivors include a Loving husband Darrel Hocker of Greenville, Adoring parents Leroy and Clarice Willis of Greenville, 1 son Phillip Smith of Greenville, 3 daughters Kendrea Smith of Greenville, Phelan (Steve) Aliprandi of Greenville, and Mercedes Watkins of Greenville, 4 grandchildren Trevor Smith, Brandon Smith, Catherine Aliprandi and Lawson Smith, 3 sisters Pam Pearson of Smith Grove, Lisa Wells of Greenville, and  Andrea Willis of Greenville, 1 uncle Larry (Ann) Elliott of Louisville, 1 aunt Myra Elliott of Chandler, AZ., a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held Thursday, July 6, 2023 at 11AM with services to follow at 12 Noon at First Missionary Baptist Church 209 Oak Street, Greenville, KY 42345. Burial will be in West End Cemetery Greenville, KY, 42345. Rev. Terrence Minor Eulogist and Rev. John Lee III Officiating.
