DRAKESBORO, KY., Carl Lendell Mason, 64, of Drakesboro passed away Monday, February 22, 2021 at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital in Greenville, KY. He was born June 4, 1956. The Muhlenberg County native church membership was sustained with The Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Drakesboro, KY serving in the capacity of Choir Member and Church Custodian. In addition, he was a retiree from Dollar General Store in Drakesboro and held the position of bus driver in Muhlenberg County. His hobbies included fishing, grilling, and spending time with family.

His parents Melvin Mason & Mary Perline Mason, 2 sisters Wanda Jean Mason Shelton and Dianne Mason Goins all preceded him in death.

Survivors include 1 son Carlton Mathis Mason of Greenville, Ex- Wife Teresa Mason of Greenville, 1 brother Melvin Chester Mason of Louisville, 2 sisters Martha Jane Starks of Louisville and Carol Denise Stoudemire of Drakesboro, a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends.
