MAYFIELD, KY., — Cinda A. Caldwell, 85, born, Nov. 14, 1931, of Mayfield, KY, passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2017 at the Heritage Manor in Mayfield, KY. She was a member of St. James A.M.E. Church, Mayfield, KY where she previously served as an Usher, attended Dunbar School, loved working at Mayfield Hospital and Community Hospital, where she retired as a nurse assistant.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Hatha Caldwell; mother, Kathleen Johnson; father, Richard Cecil Johnson; brother, Jack Johnson; and a sister Colleen Johnson.

Survivors include 4 sons Charles Kendrick, Chris (Lynnetta) Kendrick

and Johnny Kendrick all of Mayfield, Robert (Dorothy) Kendrick, Greenville, 2 daughters Trilby Powell and Rose (Randy) Adair both of Mayfield, 15 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, 1 brother Theodore (Ted) Johnson, 1 niece, 1 nephew and a host of cousins and friends.

Services are Saturday 1pm July 15, 2017 at St. James A.M.E. Church 419 S. 8th Street in Mayfield, KY.

Visitation 11am – 1pm at the church on Saturday. Burial in Oak Rest Cemetery, Mayfield, KY. Dr. Leroy Brent, Officiating and Rev. Rita Story, Eulogist.
