GREENVILLE, KY., Lillie Cozetta Drake, 86 of Greenville, KY entered into rest on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital in Owensboro, KY.

She was born October 22, 1939, in Greenville, KY to the late Howard and Gertrude Drake.

Her membership was sustained with Wesley Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church and employment maintained with G.E. for 30+ years as an EDM Vanes Operator.

She enjoyed the simple things in life – time with family and friends, watching westerns with a good cup of coffee (2 tea spoons of sugar). She also enjoyed shopping and decorating. But most of all, more than anything, her grandchildren were her heart.

Loved ones preceding her in death, a significant other, William Lester Jagoe; parents, Howard and Gertrude Drake; two sons, Anthony LaRosa Drake and Michael Van Drake; one brother, William Drake; three sisters, Wilodean Ellis, Yvonne Bard and Mary Jean Baker.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories; one son, Jeffery (Karen) Drake, Greenville, KY; two daughters, Tylena Drake and Shea Drake, both of Central City, KY; nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren; four brothers, Randall Drake, Marietta, GA, Kenneth (Deborah) Drake, Greenville, KY, Ali (Brenda) Drake, Providence, KY and Billy (Buffi) Drake, Manitou; four sisters, Bernice Baker, Louisville, KY, Rita (Jerry) Reynolds, White Plains, KY, Freda Drake, Bowling Green, KY, and Patrice (George) Cox; several nieces, nephews, cousins, distant relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at Wesley Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church, in Greenville, KY on Friday, May 15, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation from 11-1 until time of service.
