OWENSBORO, KY., Stephen Allen Milan, 74, of Owensboro passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at Twin Rivers Nursing and Rehabilitation in Owensboro. He was born July 2, 1949 in Owensboro, KY. He was of the Baptist Faith, loved carpentry work, riding his bike throughout the community, but most of all fishing.

Loved ones preceding him in death his parents Othello Millom and Marrine Shaw, a brother Billy Gene Milan, a sister Carolyn Cooper Barnes and a niece Erica Millan.

Survivors include 2 brothers Othello Millan of Owensboro and Anthony (Karen) Millom of Lawndale, CA., 3 sisters Louella Lee, Deborah (J.T.) Street both of Owensboro and Rose Marie Casterman of Evansville, IN., 2 aunts Birdie Coleman of Owensboro and Jean Coleman of Louisville, 2 special friends Sammy James (His fishing buddy) and Rev. Clarence Coleman both of Owensboro, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
